Prerequisites

The following conditions must be satisfied to operate a public repository on the internet:

• Linux or Windows computer with .NET Framework 8.0 installed
• Externally accessible TCP port with an associated DNS name

Download Package

Download the latest ZIP archive from Package Downloads:

curl -o cuho.zip https://preview.cube256.com/packages/cuho-net80-xxx-1.0.yyyy.zip

Unzip the archive to a suitable location:

unzip cuho.zip

Setup

Run the interactive setup procedure:

./cuho.sh

Follow the instructions guiding through the essential steps:

• Set DNS hostname and TCP listener port number
• Specify a Repository Title
• Choose database and data location
• Obtain a repository certificate

Once the configures, the repository host will run as a background service.
